The handle is triple-riveted and made of Spanish olive wood, which comes from plantations in Andalusia. • The blade is slightly curved, 7-3/4" long and 3/32” thick (2.4 mm), full tang; and is made of molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, which is durable, corrosion resistant and ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Hardness is 56-59 RC.
