This design features American composer and songwriter Frank Zappa, with his movie camera at the Royal Albert Hall. Photo taken February 1971. Zappa produced over 60 albums during his career spanning over 30 years, both for his band the Mothers of Invention and as a solo artist. He was well known for his unique, virtuosic, progressive and humorous satirical style of songwriting, in which Frank would often cover topics that would be deemed highly controversial at the time. Songs Peaches En Regalia, Montana, Cosmik Debris, Bobby Brown, Uncle Remus and Hungry Freaks, Daddy brought Zappa and the Mothers of Invention commercial success. High selling albums Hot Rats, Apostrophe, Joe's Garage, Freak Out! and Chunga's Revenge helped Frank in gaining a posthumous induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1997. This collection features images from the Mirrorpix photographic archives. Fans of music nostalgia, behind the scenes photography, famous musicians and artists will love these designs!
